Copyright and DMCA

Last updated October 2, 2026

We respect copyright and expect our users to do the same. If something on Pokedeck infringes your copyright, send us a notice and we'll remove or disable it quickly.

Where to send a notice

Use Report a problem at the bottom of any page and choose copyright. We'll reply by email.

What a notice needs

  1. Your physical or electronic signature (or that of someone authorized to act for the owner).
  2. The copyrighted work you say is infringed.
  3. The page or file on Pokedeck you want removed, with a link, so we can find it.
  4. Your name, address, phone number and email.
  5. A statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized by the owner, its agent or the law.
  6. A statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you're the owner or authorized to act for them.

Knowingly false claims can make you liable for damages (17 U.S.C. § 512(f)).

If your content was removed

You can send a counter-notice with your signature, the removed content and where it was, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, your name, address and phone number, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address (or any court where we may be found if you're outside the US). We'll pass it to the person who complained and may restore the content after 10 to 14 business days unless they tell us they've gone to court.

Repeat infringers

We close the accounts of people who repeatedly upload infringing content.
